  • How do I pay? 

Payment is made in advance of despatch or collection, securely via PayPal, by bank transfer or in cash on collection.  Some bespoke orders will require a deposit for material costs, with the balance being paid on completion. No order can be collected or delivered without full payment received.

Yes, of course! Drop us an email, with the swatch/s you'd like for which product with your address and we'll pop them in the post. Email here >>>

  • Can you guarantee the finished product will match the fabric swatch exactly? 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. The fabric can very slightly differ in shade and tone from one batch to the other during the dying process. 
The difference, if any, is generally very small.

  • Warranties and guarantees

All furniture items come with a 2 year guarantee, excluding wear and tear (such as scratches or staining)

All furniture items are made-to-order, so YES! Get in contact and let us know what you would ideally like, and we'll try to make it happen!

  • Can I cancel my order

If you have not received the confirmation of despatch email, then please contact us to cancel your order. If we are creating a bespoke or customised order, this will not be possible if we have already started to make the item(s).
