DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

We are a small family business and want to be as honest as possible in terms of delivery costs.  We do not hide them in the price, instead being transparent by asking for a contribution towards them to help keep our small local business viable. Collections from our studio in Torquay of course are free of charge. 

​

Item delivery is based on the size, weight and fragility of the item, and if you order more than one item, you will only be charge one delivery charge, based on the most expensive rate. Delivery times are honest and realistic because we are only a small team, and when an order comes through, it may not be possible to despatch immediately due to the nature of our work; for example working on-site on occasions or out quoting jobs.  We do however aim to despatch as quickly as possible and you will receive an email notification informing you it's on the way!

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery for in-stock items is 7-10 business days.  

Rates are: 

  • Little Item £3.50 (ie. a travel wallet)

  • Small Item £5.95 (ie. a sheepskin)

  • Medium Item £11.95 (ie. a cowhide rug)

  • Large Item £15.95 (ie. a footstool)

  • Courier from £34.95 (ie. a headboard)

  • Collection from studio - FREE - contact us for current opening times

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express delivery for in-stock items is 2-3 business day. These will normally be sent via ParcelForce 48hr. 

Rates are: 

  • Little Item £7.50 (ie. a travel wallet)

  • Small Item £11.95 (ie. a sheepskin)

  • Medium Item £14.95 (ie. a cowhide rug)

  • Large Item £34.95 (ie. a footstool)

  • Courier from £49.95 (ie. a headboard)

RETURNS

We want you to love the items that you receive from Gaff, but we understand that sometimes you may want to arrange a return. 

​

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please call us or email using the details on the returns form and then return the item in it's original condition and packaging with the completed returns form with 14 days for a full refund, excluding the delivery fees. 

​

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the items to us. We can only accept returns in the original packaging, so please be sure to keep it until you're happy you are keeping it. You must return the item with a completed RETURNS FORM, which can be found inside your order. Without this, we may not be able to process the return.  It may take up to 10 days to process your return and 7-10 days for the refund to appear on the card you paid on.

BESPOKE AND CUSTOMISED ITEMS

Returns apply to stock items only - bespoke and customised items can only be refunded if they are faulty

Please ensure that you measure the space your order needs to fit in, or be transported through.  Be sure to check doorways, staircases, and any tight space where furniture may need to be manoeuvred through, as returns are not accepted for ill-fitting items.
